Operational Context

Hawker 900XP — extended-range midsize business jet

The 900XP first flew in 2007 and entered service in 2008. It incorporated performance improvements and interior refinements. The aircraft retained the recognizable Hawker profile.

Two Honeywell TFE731 turbofan engines producing approximately 4,660 pounds of thrust (21 kN) each power the jet. Cruise speed approaches 450 knots (833 km/h). Maximum takeoff weight exceeds 28,000 pounds (12,701 kg), with range near 2,900 nautical miles (5,371 km).

The 900XP represented the culmination of decades of Hawker midsize jet development. Production ceased in the 2010s. The aircraft remains active in global business aviation fleets.
