These rankings identify which airports recorded the longest typical departure delays during the selected month. Airports are ranked by departure delay, with cancellation rate used as a secondary tiebreaker.

These monthly airport performance reports rank qualified airports using aggregated departure delay and cancellation data from AeroCorner’s airport analytics pipeline. Flight Delay Report — June 2026

In June 2026, Sochi (AER) recorded the longest typical departure delays among qualified airports, with departures averaging 3 hours 2 minutes late. A total of 468 departures were cancelled, representing 7.0% of tracked flights. This monthly view reflects tracked data through June 30, 2026.

Moscow (VKO) ranked second while handling a comparable number of tracked departures, with 10,890 flights compared with 6,728 at Sochi (AER). Despite the similar traffic levels, Sochi (AER) remained the worst-performing airport for delays for five straight months.
