The Epic Victory is a modern single-engine turboprop developed in the United States for private and business aviation. Designed to combine high cruise speeds with advanced avionics, it represents the latest evolution of Epic Aircraft’s experimental and kit-built lineage. The aircraft entered certified service in the early 2020s.

Operational Context

Epic Victory — high-performance single-engine turboprop

The Epic Victory first flew in certified form in 2019 and entered service in 2020 following extensive development of earlier Epic prototypes. Engineers designed the aircraft with a carbon fiber composite airframe to reduce weight while maintaining structural strength. Its sleek low-wing layout and pressurized cabin target owner-pilots seeking high performance and modern comfort.

A Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A turboprop engine producing approximately 1,200 shaft horsepower powers the aircraft. Cruise speed approaches 325 knots (602 km/h), placing it among the fastest single-engine turboprops. Maximum takeoff weight exceeds 7,500 pounds (3,402 kg), with seating for up to six occupants.

The Victory is equipped with a fully integrated glass cockpit and automated flight systems intended to simplify pilot workload. Its performance allows nonstop flights over long regional distances while maintaining turboprop fuel efficiency. The aircraft represents Epic Aircraft’s transition from experimental designs to certified production models.
